The purpose of this blog is to challenge you occasionally with a math situation. I also want to have conversations with you about investigations we may be doing in class. Really, I would like to hear from anyone who has an idea about a topic we may be discussing. This could be in the form of a question or a comment or even a suggestion. I would like to welcome all bloggers to my new blog. I am new to this, so I'm not really sure of what I'm doing. I hope to be able to have math conversations with my students and anyone else who would like to get involved. So, here I go.......

The product of the page numbers of two consecutive pages is 5,852. What are the page numbers? Estimate what pages you would need to open a book to in order for the product of the page numbers to equal 7,832, 2,162, and 39,402,
