The purpose of this blog is to challenge you occasionally with a math situation. I also want to have conversations with you about investigations we may be doing in class. Really, I would like to hear from anyone who has an idea about a topic we may be discussing. This could be in the form of a question or a comment or even a suggestion. The highway distance from Boston to Cleveland is 1028km. A car leaves Boston averaging 88km/h at the same time a car leaves Cleveland averaging 77km/h. How far apart will the cars be when they have traveled toward each other for 6 hours?
